VOICE CALLS

  • Calls are personalized and can be generated at the time of the day requested by the patient
  • Scripts are recorded by professional voice talents and sound friendlier than robotic voices. This increases call acceptance and reach rates.
  • TelASK displays your Caller ID so patients recognize it is your organisation calling. Your telephone number can appear but TelASK doesn’t use your telephone lines.
  • Scripts can change dynamically and refer to previous interactions.
  • Calls are interactive. Patients can request educational messaging or to be transferred to third parties by pressing numbers when promted.
  • TelASK detects answering machine and can either leave a message or retry later.
  • A busy signal means there is someone there to take the call as soon as they hang up. When TelASK reaches a busy signal, it initiates a retry after a short interval.

EMAILS

  • Are sent with your email address. This increases open rates
  • Can display your logo and any desired messaging.
  • Can contain an ephemeral password protected hyperlink to a private portal or secure webform.

TEXT MESSAGES

  • Are interactive and address the patient by name. In this way they are more likely to be read.
